How we look after your information

This website is run for Ricky Balu, Sales Consultant at Harcourts New Age Realty Ltd (Licensed REAA 2008), Papakura, Auckland. It is built and managed by KiwiTri. We follow the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

What we collect

Details you enter in our forms: your name, phone number, email address, property address and selling plans.
Basic website usage information, such as pages visited and the ad or link that brought you here, collected through cookies and tools like Google Ads and Meta Pixel.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry, arrange a viewing or prepare your property appraisal.
To send you property information you asked for.
To understand which of our ads and pages are useful, and improve them.

Who sees it

Your details are sent to Ricky Balu and to KiwiTri, which manages this website and its advertising. If you choose WhatsApp, your message goes through WhatsApp. We do not sell your information. We only share it with Harcourts New Age Realty Ltd where needed to help with your property, or where the law requires.

How we keep it

Enquiries are stored securely and kept only as long as needed to help you, or as required by law.

Your rights

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. Contact Ricky on 021 0265 7740 or ricky.balu@harcourts.co.nz. If you are not happy with how we handle your information, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
